Buying Individual Tickets

 

Tickets for individual films can be bought by going to that film's page on this website and clicking the FILM TICKETS button. To find the film you want to see, use the menus to the right of this page under the heading “Browse Films” or see all films on one page by clicking “Films” in the menu bar at the top of this page.

 

You can also purchase tickets over the phone from City Box Office. Call 415-392-4400. Or you can purchase in person from City Box Office: 180 Redwood Street, Suite 100, San Francisco. Box office hours: Mon - Fri (9:30am - 5pm), Saturdays (10am - 4pm).

 

Tickets will also be sold at each theater box office one hour prior to screenings.

Buying Film Passes

The Festival boasts 100 quality movies from Latin America, Spain and Latinos in the USA. So to make the most of this 17-day event, why not buy a film pass?



Five Film Pass - See 5 films of your choice - $40 - Buy Pass



Student Pass - Access to all films - $50 - Buy Pass

 

Estrella Pass - Access to all films, events and parties - $500

Conditions

Festival Passes (Films only, excludes events) Early-entrance line reserved for pass holders. One name per pass. Must arrive 20 minutes prior to show time. Pass does not guarantee seating for late arrivals. Festival passes include films (no events).



Advance Ticket Sales


Advance tickets sold from October 15, 2007 through November 15, 2007. $1.50 charge for phone and web purchases. No service charge for walk-in purchases. ILFF Members/Students/Seniors Discounts/Disabled Please have your valid ID with you when purchasing discount tickets.



Day of Show Purchase

Tickets can be purchased from November 2-18, 2007 on the day of the show at the venue, one hour prior to the first film of the day. ILFF, Student, Senior, Disabled discounts available with valid ID.

Ticket Delivery

Tickets will be automatically held at Will Call unless otherwise indicated by the patron. All orders will be placed on Will Call if the first show is within 10 days of the date of the order. Photo ID is required when picking up tickets held at Will Call. Only those persons listed on the order will be allowed to pick up that order.



Arrival Time

Ticket and Pass holders must arrive and be in line 20 minutes prior to show time to be guaranteed a seat.



Rush Line

Although shows may sell out of advance tickets, tickets may be available through the Rush line. Some seats at every show are held for pass holders until 20 minutes before show time. If these seats are not used they are released for sale to persons in the Rush line. There are NO discounts on Rush tickets and they are sold cash only.

Additional Information



- All programs are subject to change. Sometimes for reasons beyond our control, screenings must be changed, rescheduled, substituted, or cancelled. If a screening is cancelled, please return your ticket to the box office within 48 hours of the screening date to exchange for a different screening or refund. The processing fee is non-refundable.

- Every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

- There will be a $25 charge for returned checks.

- ILFF is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten or damaged tickets, or tickets misdirected by post office.

- All seats are general admission.

- Please read all information carefully before placing orders. There are no refunds, exchanges, or substitutions and all sales are final.
